What we collect when you browse the IFU

For every document view we record: the product code, version, language, the originating country (derived from your IP at the CDN edge — your IP itself is NOT stored), a truncated User-Agent string, the referring URL, and whether the visit came from a QR code on a printed leaflet. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use third-party trackers.

What we collect when you request a paper copy

We collect the name, organisation, email, phone, and postal address you provide, solely to dispatch the paper Instructions for Use to you free of charge as required by Art 5(3). Records are retained for the period required by the Medical Device Regulations for traceability and then deleted.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of your personal data by contacting the manufacturer's data protection officer.
